Krylon Fusion for Plastic

I stopped at Jo-Ann Fabrics on my way home from work yesterday to pick up some Mod Podge for a project I'm still formulating.  I'll tell you more about it once I get a clearer picture in my head of what I want to do.  It won't necessarily be soon though because I didn't even get to buy any Mod Podge.  They were all sold out of the big bottles and I didn't see a point in getting one of those baby bottles.  Hmmm... I use the word "baby" instead of "small" all the time, but I think this is the first time that doing so changed the meaning of what I said.  I meant I didn't want to buy a small bottle of Mod Podge because it wouldn't be enough for my mystery project.  I have no intention of using baby bottles in a project.  Now that I think about it, is "bottle" even the right term for the container Mod Podge comes in?  If I'd just said container in the first place all the baby confusion could have been avoided.  I'll try to remember that for next time.

My quest for Mod Podge came up fruitless, but I didn't want it to be a wasted trip.  Granted, Jo-Ann is literally on my way home from work, so it's not like there was really a trip to waste, but you get my point.  I was wandering the aisles trying to find something else I needed when I saw they were clearancing out a bunch of spray paint.  Who doesn't {heart} a clearance?  Most of the colors were really ugly, which can be expected of clearance products.  But then in the corner of the spray paint case (does anyone else's Jo-Ann keep spray paint in an unlocked glass display case?) something caught my eye...

It was the Krylon Fusion for Plastic products on clearance for less than $3 each.  I don't currently have anything plastic that needs to be spray painted, but that didn't stop me from buying a can of both white and black in gloss.  Who knows when I'll come across a plastic product that's just begging me to spray paint it, and I want to be ready when that happens.  I was excited to bulk up my spray paint collection, but then I started having buyer's remorse.  Why were the Fusion for Plastic products on clearance?  Do they not sell well at Joann?  Or do the products simply not work?  Anyone have experience using them?
